JobReady Plus
Student Management System (SMS) is cloud storage management system, owned and operated by ReadyTech (ASX:RDY). ReadyTech is one of the key SMS platforms available for RTOs in Australia (and has a presence in NZ and UK)
MYOB
MYOB creates electronic records automatically on an ongoing basis retaining the 3 last financial years. Previous years’ MYOB files retained on SharePoint are easily reinstated from SharePoint. At the start of each financial year a copy of the earliest retained year is created as an MYOB file which is then saved on SharePoint.
SharePoint
Microsoft SharePoint Online backups occur every 5 minutes across multiple datacentres. All data is encrypted at 2 levels. That is, each file is split into one or more parts/chunks and each has its own data key (also encrypted). Each chunk is randomly sored across multiple parts/blobs in Azure storage. All data keys are required to access or edit the file. Files are encrypted in transit (to and from cloud) and at rest (Azure storage). Encryption keys and re-assembling file keys to decrypt are stored separately. Access to MTM files is via user authentication. Microsoft 365 uses two-factor authentication. Each users access is authorised by senior management (CEO and the Finance Manager). Documents retained in SharePoint are able to be rolled back to previous versions at any time.
Hardcopy files
Hardcopy files include enrolment booking forms and student assessments. These are stored in cohort folders and moved to the archive room and stored for a minimum of 6 months after final completion of the final unit in a qualification or course.
Disclaimer: While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains a risk. The Internet can be insecure at times and therefore it is not possible to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

Turnaround times for marking
Applicability: This section relates to all e-Learning courses which require participants to submit assessment items for marking.
Upon successful enrolment into your course, you will be notified of your relevant trainer/s and/or assessor/s. Pipeline Training Australia will, upon receiving submission of an assessable item from you, endeavour to mark, and return, any piece of assessment within three (3) business days. Please be advised that larger pieces of assessment may take longer. If you have not received a response to your submission within twenty (20) business days, please contact Pipeline Training Australia to discuss.
Blended Courses – eLearning and Face to Face
Applicability: This section relates to all e-Learning courses which require the completion of online training and assessment prior to assigned face-to-face training day/s.
Upon selection of your course, it is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they are aware of the due dates of the required assessment. Achieving a competent result for online assessment components prior to attending face-to-face training components is mandatory. Where a participant has not reached a competent result prior to attending face-to-face training, the participant will not be permitted to participate. In this case, the course fee is forfeited and a rebooking fee will apply.
Virtual Classroom Courses
Applicability: This section applies to courses that are delivered either wholly or in part via virtual classroom, where virtual classroom is taken to mean a connected real-time delivery (e.g. video conferencing).
Upon selection of your course, it is your responsibility to review all terms and conditions relating to the course in question. Specifically, participants bare all responsibility for ensuring they possess the technology, network connection and aptitude suitable for participating in virtual classrooms. Pipeline make available the minimum system requirements to participate in virtual classrooms at time of booking. Pipeline provide information to help you test your system ahead of time to help eliminate possible problems, and you agree to perform this testing. If technical issues occur that relate to Pipeline’s infrastructure (e.g. Pipeline system or Pipeline network outage) necessitating re-booking or re-scheduling of a virtual classroom session, no further rebooking fees will apply. If technical issues occur that relate to your infrastructure (including but not limited to your device, peripherals, internet connection or your connection to our system) necessitating re-booking or re-scheduling of your virtual classroom session, no refund will be available, and rebooking fees will apply. These fees vary depending on the course you have enrolled in and will be discussed with you at time of rebooking. This clause remains in force even in the event circumstances are outside your control (e.g. your internet service provider suffers an outage). You accept this risk, and accept that no refund in whole or part is available to you. With respect to the above two points, the determination of the “at fault” party will be made by Pipeline’s IT Department upon review of our system logs. Should you book a virtual classroom course and then choose to cancel or change your enrolment, the fees to do so are the same as those that apply to face-to-face courses outlined above and made available to you at time of booking.
Supply of Course Prerequisites
Some courses have prerequisites that MUST be supplied prior to attending the course. This will be communicated on the website, in the booking confirmation, and on the phone if you call. In the event a prerequisite is not received by 5:00pm AEST on the business day prior to the course, the enrolment will be cancelled and entry to the course will be refused. If this occurs, the course fee will not be refunded, nor held in credit.
