Mary Jo is a fundamental part of our Pipeline team, bringing high energy and enthusiasm to her role as Training Consultant. She is our go-to lady for all our short course training. Being the first point of contact with both client and student, her outgoing and welcoming personality ensures a smooth transition from bookings and enrolments to final certification. Her hands-on approach has allowed her to build successful client and student relationships, with her success measured in continuous returning students and clients.
Mary Jo possesses a wealth of knowledge on all of our industry short courses, from our high risk electrical courses to the water/sewer industry and is able to assist you in rolling out your training requirements in a timely manner. Her flexibility allows her to put on courses at short notice and support off-site training for clients while still maintaining true professionalism.

Nira is an experienced Financial Controller and has worked in both the public and private sectors. As a leader within the business Nira assists in the development and refinement of Business Plans and strategies with a focus on increasing the level of value add reporting. She is charged with improving existing processes while up-skilling the finance team. With a strong track record for driving process improvement Nira has looked after new program integrations to streamline financial business processes.

When asked what she enjoys most about working with Pipeline Training Australia, Nira said that every day was different and that there is always new challenges provided by industry change that allows her to look forward to each day. She credits this to working with a fantastic team of people with solution focused mindsets.

Eleanor is a vital part of our Compliance team, ensuring that all back end systems are up to date and functioning to support the business requirements. Always eager to hone her skills and knowledge with the Education and Training Industry, Eleanor also assists in day to day operations inclusive of producing and preparing training resources, processing course paperwork, researching new training opportunities and finalising applications.

An integral member of our team, Eleanor works closely across the NSW and QLD divisions to ensure we are working cohesively.

Ivy & Julie support the payroll and accounts payable functions within the business. They are responsible for processing multiple payrolls for our corporate and offsite locations with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness and professionalism on a weekly basis as well as the day to day accounts payable functions within the business.
