She needed to deliver First Aid CPR and didn't know what to do

First Aid training is needed by everyone as life is unpredictable! No one starts their day expecting to deliver first aid or CPR so when the time comes calling, you can be prepared and deliver it the right way, providing lifesaving assistance or you can be in the position where you don't know what to do.

Twelve months ago, one of our students was in a position where she had to deliver CPR. Her two children were in the house, one only an infant at the time and she didn't know what to do. She called 000 and was guided over the phone by their Call Operators until the Ambulance arrived. Not only was she scared, she was struggling to focus as her arms began to feel fatigued from the compressions. She had no training, no understanding of what was required and she was both mentally and physically fatigued. After this experience, she engaged our services and participated in our First Aid & CPR Training.
