Working safely near overhead powerlines course will provide you with the necessary knowledge to work safely up to the defined "safe approach distance" for non electrical workers.

It is suitable for many work functions for example Spotters/Observers working within the civil,

telecommunications, scaffolding, rigging or any other activity that requires working safely near live 

electrical apparatus as a non-electrical worker.

If you are attending refresher training please see Pre-requisite as below,

Inital training does not require a previous Statement of Attainment.

On successful completion of this course you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment.  This course is a

Nationally Accredited Course.

Pre-requisites & Course Requirements:

• Statement of Attainment (only applicable to refresher training)
• Photo ID must be presented ie current driving licence or passport
• Basic English language and literacy skills
• All participants are requried to wear full PPE
