Purpose:  

This course is recommended for workers who are required to identify, locate & protect underground services in preparation for civil construction and rail infrastructure work. 

 
Underground services are those services such as gas, electricity, internet and telephone that are required.
You will gain the knowledge to locate these services using "dial before you dig" and worksite equipment to help locate services and to use equipment without damaging services

On successful completion of this course you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment.  This course is a 
Nationally Accredited Course.
 
Pre-requisites & Course Requirements:

  • Photo ID must be presented ie current drivers licence or passport
  • Basic English language and literacy skills  
  • All participants are required to wear full PPE
